- BUSINESS MEETING 1) Approval of September 17, 2026, Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. (Motion/Voting) 2) OAM2026-001669 - Introduction of an ordinance amendment project to reorganize Title 19 Zoning, which will be discussed with the planning commission in 3 phases. Planning staff will present an overview of the entire ordinance amendment project, followed by a discussion and work session for phase 3 of the project, which will include the following chapters: 19.02 Title, Purpose, and Applicability, 19.06 Nonconformities, 19.08 Enforcement, 19.10 Procedures for Analyzing Takings Claims, 19.12 Administrative Bodies, Powers & Duties, 19.14 Zones, Zoning Map, Boundaries, 19.16 Land Use Processes and Procedures, 19.18 Planned Unit Developments, 19.20 Variances, Exceptions, and Appeals, 19.25 Forest Management Zone.
