- The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. This meeting may be held electronically to allow a commissioner to participate by video or teleconference. Meetings are broadcast live at www.youtube.com/LindonCity. The agenda will consist of the following items: Agenda Invocation: By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance: By Invitation 1. Call to Order 2. Approval of minutes - Planning Commission 09/15/2026 3. Public Comment 4. Major Subdivision - Stringtown Grove Subdivision, Plat A. Scott Anderson is requesting major subdivision approval for a 4-lot single family residential development. 5. Amended Site Plan - Fortem Building Expansion. Lauren Weldon is requesting amended site plan approval to construct a new 28,489 square-foot warehouse addition to an existing office building. 6. Ordinance Amendment - R-4 Planned Residential Overlay Zone (R-4 PD) Amend the city ordinance to create a new residential overlay zone, R-4 Planned Development Overlay Zone (R-4 PD) for a 25-lot residential townhome development. 7. Zoning Map Amendment - R-4 Planned Residential Overlay Zone (R-4 PD), Quail Cove Amend the current zoning from Commercial General (CG) to R-4 Planned Development Overlay Zone (R-4 PD). 8. Ordinance Amendment - Lindon City Code §17.08 Amend Lindon City Code §17.08 for planning commission duties, appointment, removal, and procedures. 9. Community Development Director Report - General City Updates Adjourn
