2026, in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin
at 6:00 p.m. This meeting may be held electronically to allow a commissioner to participate by video or

5. Amended Site Plan - Fortem Building Expansion. Lauren Weldon is requesting amended site plan approval to construct a new 28,489 square-foot warehouse addition to an existing office building.
6. Ordinance Amendment - R-4 Planned Residential Overlay Zone (R-4 PD) Amend the city ordinance to create a new residential overlay zone, R-4 Planned Development Overlay Zone (R-4 PD) for a 25-lot residential townhome development.
7. Zoning Map Amendment - R-4 Planned Residential Overlay Zone (R-4 PD), Quail Cove Amend the current zoning from Commercial General (CG) to R-4 Planned Development Overlay Zone (R-4 PD).
8. Ordinance Amendment - Lindon City Code §17.08 Amend Lindon City Code §17.08 for planning commission duties, appointment, removal, and procedures.
