- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA SAWMILL INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SAWMILL INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2026, AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095 AT 1pM This meeting is open to the public and may be joined using the following information https://zoom.us/j/92763856318?pwd=p8Mz4rD0ygS6l3EDNcflQ2b14F0EUd.1 Meeting ID: 927 6385 6318; Passcode: 290311; Call in number 346-248-7799 A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items Not applicable. C. Public Comment Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District. Comment will be limited to three (3) minutes. D. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on July 23, 2026. 2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since last board meeting. E. Action Items 1. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-01: A resolution of the Board of Trustees of Sawmill Infrastructure District authorizing the execution of a Second Amendment to Assessment Ordinance for the Sawmill Assessment Area; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the resolution; and related matters. F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure business. F.
