1. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-01: A resolution of the Board of Trustees of Sawmill Infrastructure District authorizing the execution of a Second Amendment to Assessment Ordinance for the Sawmill Assessment Area; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the resolution; and related matters.
