- This meeting will not have a physical location; it will be held via Zoom and YouTube only. Approval of June 26, 2026, meeting minutes for MIDA Board closed and open meeting. 2. Resolution 2026-18: A Resolution of the Military Installation Development Authority ('MIDA') Adopting the Utah National Guard Project Area Development Standards and Guidelines That Will Control the Development of Property Within the Project Area. 3. Resolution 2026-19: A Resolution of the Military Installation Development Authority ('MIDA') Approving and Authorizing the Execution of the First Amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between MIDA and the North Davis Fire District. 4. Resolution 2026-20: A Resolution of the Military Installation Development Authority ('MIDA') Board Approving a Donation of $100,000 to the USS Utah Commissioning Committee, a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization, in Support of the Commissioning of the USS Utah (SSN-801). 5. Project Area Updates: - Falcon Hill - Mountain Veteran Program - Military Recreation Facility - National Guard
