- SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT MEETING AGENDA Date: Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 11:00 am 32 East 450 North, Ephraim, Utah 1. Welcome and Introductions a) Approve meeting agenda for April 20th, 2026. Is there anything else that needs to be added to it? b) Approve minutes from April 16th, 2026. 2. Clerk Report: Joanna Justesen a) Prepare FY 2026 Q3 UCC SERA Tracking, Financial, and Utah State Auditor reports for submission and reimbursement; issue January-March payouts to State board members. b) Review Michael LaRiviere's final invoice to clarify funding sources for the outstanding balance; evaluate local district budget for remaining 2026 funds and set goals for 2027. c) Request JP's attendance roll call and headcounts from past and upcoming meetings. d) Discussion of new No-Till Drill Spreadsheet 3. Financial Business: CD Board a) Deposits made b) Approve any debit card charges 4. Board Business: Board Members Upcoming projects i. UCC Facility Tour: June 2nd, 2026 @ 9:00 AM Located at 2725 North 100 West Redmond Utah 84652 ii. San Pitch Watershed Group Meeting Thursday June 4, 2026 @ 6:00 PM Located at the Ephraim NRCS Conference Room 5. Discuss the next day and time of the CD meeting. a) SERA: motion to use SERA funds for any Supervisor attending the meetings mentioned during the meeting. 6.
