a) Prepare FY 2026 Q3 UCC SERA Tracking, Financial, and Utah State Auditor reports for submission and reimbursement; issue January-March payouts to State board members.
b) Review Michael LaRiviere's final invoice to clarify funding sources for the outstanding balance; evaluate local district budget for remaining 2026 funds and set goals for 2027.
c) Request JP's attendance roll call and headcounts from past and upcoming meetings.
d) Discussion of new No-Till Drill Spreadsheet
