- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RESOLUTION 2026-04-16-a NOTICE OF PROPOSED WATER PRESSURE ENHANCEMENT SURCHARGE FOR SERVICE AREAS BENEFITTED BY PRESSURE-ENHANCING FACILITIES April 16th, 2026 at 7:15 PM at the Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency Office 3025 E. Spanish Trail Road, Moab, UT 84532 The purpose of the public hearing is to explain the proposed surcharge and to hear public comments regarding the new fee per UTAH CODE 17B-1-643 Imposing or increasing a fee for service provided by special district. The proposed surcharge will affect users of the Navajo Ridge/Sunset Booster System. We have calculated the current annual cost at $9,976.00. This amount, equally split amongst the thirty-eight (38) properties within the pumping zone, brings the monthly surcharge to $27.15 per property. This amount is in addition to all other rates and fees. The public is invited to attend and be heard. Written Comments can be sent to: GWSSA Public Hearing Comments 3025 E. Spanish Trail Road, Moab, UT 84532 DATED: 4/1/2026 This meeting will comply with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.
