NOTICE OF PROPOSED WATER PRESSURE ENHANCEMENT SURCHARGE FOR SERVICE AREAS BENEFITTED BY PRESSURE-ENHANCING FACILITIES

The purpose of the public hearing is to explain the proposed surcharge and to hear public comments regarding the new fee per UTAH CODE 17B-1-643 Imposing or increasing a fee for service provided by special district.
The proposed surcharge will affect users of the Navajo Ridge/Sunset Booster System. We have calculated the current annual cost at $9,976.00. This amount, equally split amongst the thirty-eight (38) properties within the pumping zone, brings the monthly surcharge to $27.15 per property. This amount is in addition to all other rates and fees.
