- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kearns Community Committee will hold a meeting on the 19th day of May 2026 to begin at 6:00 p.m., on the Second (2nd) Floor of the Element Event Center, located at 5658 Cougar Ln., Kearns, Utah 84118 as follows: **Portions of the meeting may be closed for reasons allowed by statue. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. DETERMINE QUORUM 3. PUBLIC COMMENT - Two (2) Minutes Allowed Per Person 4. PRESENTATIONS A. Mayors Report and Community Update-Mayor Jesse Valdez 5. CONSENT AGENDA A. Minutes for Review and Approval a. April 7, 2026 6. COUNCIL BUSINESS (Discussion/Motion) A. Discussion and Potential Action Regarding Appointment of Official Committee Positions a. Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer B. Financial C. Kearns Veterans Memorial Park-Cannon Wheels Update D. Events-Discussion and Potential Action 7. CLOSED SESSIONS IF NEEDED AS ALLOWED PURSUANT TO UTAH CODE ยง52-4-205 A. Discussion of the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual 8. ADJOURN
