Call to Order: Mayor Cox 2. Opening Ceremony: Council member Fowles 3. Acceptance of minutes from April 8, 2026, City Council and April 29, 2026, workshop 4. Approval of Agenda 5. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting. 6. Council Business: a. Mayor/Staff/Council Reports b. NPPD Report c. NPPD Budget Presentation 7. Action Items: a. Consider Resolution 2026-09 - A Resolution authorizing the Filing of an Eminent Domain Action for the Hart Acres LLC property and related matters. Public Hearing to discuss Resolution 2026-08 - a resolution amending the fee schedule to adjust the base rate and tiers for Water Fees. b. Consider Resolution 2026-08 - a resolution amending the fee schedule to adjust the base rate and tiers for Water Fees. c. Consider the wastewater survey. d. Consider Ordinance 2026-02 - An Ordinance amending the Home Occupation Ordinance to better define Conditions and eliminate conditional use permits. e. Consider Ordinance 2026-06 - An Ordinance creating 12.30.300 Land Disturbance Ordinance. f. Consider Plat amendment in Mountain Gate phase 2. g. Resolution 2026-06 acknowledging that pursuant to section 59-2-919(4)(a)(i) the budget officer stated as a separate item from the budget and in a public meeting that the tentative budget includes a proposed property tax increase and presented a property tax schedule as defined in section 59-2-924. h. Resolution 2026-07 acknowledging that a separate item is included on the agenda notifying the public that the city intends to make a statement as required by section 59-2-919(4)(b): Further acknowledging that the budget officer made the statement as required by section 59-2-919(4)(b) setting the date, time and place of the public hearing on the proposed property tax increase as required by section 59-2-919. i. Discuss Tentative Budget - The Public Hearing to consider the tentative budget will be held June 10, 2026. Public hearing to consider the proposed tax increase will be held on August 26th at the Hyde Park City Council Chambers at 7:00pm. j. Consider a safety committee charter. k. Consider the safety committee's traffic flow recommendations. 8. Discussion Items: 9. Closed Session to discuss the purchase/sale of real property 10. Adjourn:
