- PUBLIC HEARING - Cedar City Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comments on the following items: 1. Consider deferral agreement for the public improvements located in the vicinity of approximately 1150 N 3900 W All in Cedar City, Utah Posted May 8th, 2026 Deferral Agreement Summary Planning Commission Public Hearing for May 19, 2026 Agenda Item: Proposed Deferral Agreement for property located at approximately 1150 N 3900 W The proposal is related to a new residential subdivision along the West Side of 3900 West at approximately 1150 North (Magnolia Fields Phase2). The applicant intends to enter into a Deferral Agreement to defer the required public improvements along 3900 West which may potentially include street improvements related to asphalt, curb, gutter and sidewalk and a Master Planned Trail.
