Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comments on the following items:
1. Consider a development agreement for the public improvements located in the vicinity of approximately 1150 N 3900 W

Agenda Item: Proposed Development Agreement for property located at approximately 1150 N 3900 W
The proposal is related to a new residential subdivision along the West Side of 3900 West at approximately 1150 North (Magnolia Fields Phase2). The applicant intends to enter into a Development Agreement to defer the required public improvements along 3900 West which may potentially include street improvements related to asphalt, curb, gutter and sidewalk and a Master Planned Trail.
