- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RESOLUTION 2026-04-16-b NOTICE OF PROPOSED FIRE HYDRANT USE AND METER RENTAL AGREEMENT April 16th, 2026 at 7:30 PM at the Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency Office 3025 E. Spanish Trail Road, Moab, UT 84532 The purpose of the public hearing is to explain the proposed FIRE HYDRANT USE AND METER RENTAL AGREEMENT and to hear public comments regarding the new fee per UTAH CODE 17B-1-643 Imposing or increasing a fee for service provided by special district. The proposed Fire Hydrant Use and Meter Rental Agreement will create Terms for use, including: authority and use conditions, deposit and damages, meter issuance and use, rental and water charges, meter readings and reporting, severability and governing law, enforcement, liability, and fees. The public is invited to attend and be heard. Written Comments can be sent to: GWSSA Public Hearing Comments 3025 E. Spanish Trail Road, Moab, UT 84532 DATED: 4/1/2026 This meeting will comply with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.
