NOTICE OF PROPOSED FIRE HYDRANT USE AND METER RENTAL AGREEMENT
April 16th, 2026 at 7:30 PM at the
Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency Office

The purpose of the public hearing is to explain the proposed FIRE HYDRANT USE AND METER RENTAL AGREEMENT and to hear public comments regarding the new fee per UTAH CODE 17B-1-643 Imposing or increasing a fee for service provided by special district.
The proposed Fire Hydrant Use and Meter Rental Agreement will create Terms for use, including: authority and use conditions, deposit and damages, meter issuance and use, rental and water charges, meter readings and reporting, severability and governing law, enforcement, liability, and fees.
The public is invited to attend and be heard.
