- Lake Point City Council Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that Lake Point City Council will hold a public meeting. Council members may participate electronically in accordance with the City's electronic meeting policy. Date: Wednesday, March 11, 2026 Place: Lake Point Fire Station 1528 Sunset Rd Lake Point, UT 84074 Time: 6:00 PM 1. Opening Formalities A. Call to Order B. Prayer C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Presiding Officer E. Attendance Roll Call 2. Legal Training/Clarification 3. Staff Report 4. Public Comment- This is the time for any person to address the Council on any topic not on the agenda for Public Hearing. Public Hearing agenda items will have a separate comment period during the public hearing agenda item. Any written comments may be provided to the City Recorder before or during the public comment time frame. 5. Approve the Minutes A. 2026 02.11 B. 2026 02.25 6. Reports/Presentations A. Tooele County Sheriff's Office B. North Tooele Fire District 7. Action/Business Items A. Resolution appointing Planning and Zoning Commission Member B. Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Audit Report presented by K&C CPA C. Ordinance adopting the Multiple Use zoning regulations along with Multiple Use title adjustment on the Lake Point zoning Map D. Ordinance amending the Multiple Use, Commercial and Industrial Zones Allowed and Prohibited Uses E. Parking Regulations F. Fine Schedule G. Planning and Zoning 'To Do List' and priorities H.
