- TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL Regular Business Meeting Agenda February 18, 2026, at 6:00 pm 212 N. Toquer Blvd, Toquerville Utah This meeting will also be broadcast via YouTube live on the Toquerville City YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@toquervillecity A. CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Pro Tempore Campbell 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Olsen 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Sands B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of the January 28, 2026 Special City Council Meeting minutes and the February 4, 2026 City Council Meeting minutes. 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from January 2026. D. PUBLIC FORUM: Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. Please note there will be no response by any city official during this time. For specific questions, please contact staff directly. E. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action on the historic water tank and culinary water connection at T-125-A-1. 2. Discussion and possible action on cost sharing with the Trail Ridge Estates HOA for a Floodplain Development Permit for repairs adjacent to the Trail Ridge Estates Park. 3. Discussion and possible action on Change Order #25 in the amount of $25,591.70 from JP Excavating for repairs in the waterline. 4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance adopting Title 9, Chapter 5, Abatement of Dangerous Structures. 5. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2026.XX - a resolution modifying Toquerville City's Uniform Fee Schedule adding an annual registration fee for boarded buildings and land use application fees for hillside development and site plan review. F. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Spring Community Clean-Up - Saturday, March 7th to Sunday, March 8th, 2026 - Center Street Park, Westfield Park, TRE Park and Toquerville Heights. G. CLOSED MEETING: Discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual (if needed). H. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action on a construction contract with Gilbert Construction. I. ADJOURN: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Office 435.635.1094, at least 48 hours in advance.
