- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING A ZONE CHANGE FROM A-l TO R-3 FOR THE PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY PCP TRUST, LLC LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 825 W & 100 S, COMPRISING 14.71 ACRES (SEE ATTACHED) The Parowan Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing during its Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 meeting to receive public comments regarding a proposed zone change to the parcel of property located at 825 W and 100 S, owned by PCP Trust, LLC (Parcel #A-0026-0024-0000). The property owner has requested a change from Agricultural Zoning (A-l) to Residential 3 (R-3). This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, UT. The public is encouraged to attend to offer comments.
