The Parowan Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing during its Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 meeting to receive public comments regarding a proposed zone change to the parcel of property located at 825 W and 100 S, owned by PCP Trust, LLC (Parcel #A-0026-0024-0000). The property owner has requested a change from Agricultural Zoning (A-l) to Residential 3 (R-3). This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, UT. The public is encouraged to attend to offer comments.
