- UTAH PRIVACY COMMISSION MEETING This will be an electronic meeting with an anchor location. Public comments may be allowed after each discussion item. Anchor Location: Utah Capitol Complex East Bldg., Room 220 350 N. State Street Salt Lake City, UT 84114 AGENDA November 12, 2025 2:30 p.m. 1. Welcome 2. Action and Discussion Items: A. Approve minutes of the September 30, 2025 meeting B. Subcommittee Reports: i. Education and Training: The impacts of the privacy framework and the value that the offered training has for local government ii. Standards and Best Practices: - The use of PII in local governments' public records - Advice to local governments on third-party vendor agreements iii. PIA: The use by local government of the PIA template developed by the Office of Data Privacy iv. Other Subcommittee reports (if any) v. Review of FY2026 Subcommittee Assignments C. Report from the Office of Data Privacy D. Report from the State Privacy Auditor 3. Other business; and 4.
