- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA BZI Innovation Park Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BZI INNOVATION PARK PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON AUGUST 1, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 9:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on July 21, 2025 D. Action Items 1. Consider approval of the Infrastructure Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and Developer and authorize the District Chair to sign 2. Consider approval of the Administrative Funding and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and Developer and authorize the District Chair to sign 3. Consider approval of the Engagement Agreement for Bond Underwriting Services between the District and D.A. Davidson & Co and authorize the District Chair to sign 4. Consider approval of the Engagement Agreement for Legal Services between the District and Snow Jensen & Reece, PC, and authorize the District Chair to sign 5. Consider approval of Market Study Provider 6. Consider approval of the Interlocal Agreement between the District and UIPA E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members G.
