- 1. Review and approve Board meeting minutes for July 2 and July 22, 2025. 2. Revie and approve a rule and policy to allow electronic participation in Board meetings. 3. Review bid proposals for Phase A of the water system improvements. 4. Approve the bid proposal by Silver Spur Construction and issue the Notice of Award. 5. Review and approve the bid agreement between Brooklyn District and the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board. 6. Review and approve the agreement between Brookly Special Service District and Jones & DeMille Engineering.
