CALL TO ORDER 2. INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT: BY INVITATION 3. CONSENT AGENDA 3.1 Approval of PC Minutes for 08/06/2025 3.2 Cascade Vista Plat C - Plat Amendment - Located generally at 438 N 850 East. Proposed correction of lot lines. 4. ACTION ITEMS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS 4.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of an amendment to the Orem City General Plan adding proposed Chapter 9, Water Use and Preservation. 4.2 Raising Canes - Preliminary Subdivision - Located generally at 11 W Center Street. Proposed vacation of lots 3 & 4 of Albertsons Center Subdivision and Creation of Raising Canes Plat A, a single-lot subdivision. 4.3 Raising Canes - Site Plan - Located generally at 11 W Center Street. Proposed demolition of Burger King and construction of a Raising Canes restaurant with a drive-through window. 5. ADJOURN THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
