- UTAH PRIVACY COMMISSION MEETING This will be an electronic meeting with an anchor location. Public comments may be allowed after each discussion item. Approve minutes of the June 11, 2025 meeting B. Commission planning: i. Judiciary Interim Committee Report Due October 1st ii. Moving the date of the October meeting to September 30th iii. Moving the location of the September 10th meeting to the Utah Association of Counties Convention in Layton - Commissioner Wood C. Subcommittee Reports: i. Education and Training: Ensure online training resources that are being developed are compatible with various platforms ii. Legislation: Topics under review for the Interim Committee Report iii. Other Subcommittee reports iv. Review of FY2026 Subcommittee Assignments D. Report from the Office of Data Privacy: i. Mapping Governmental Privacy: - Governmental privacy laws across the United States - Application across Utah Counties ii. Other matters. E. Report from the State Privacy Auditor: i. Updates on the AI in Government Survey ii. The need for PIAs before law enforcement deploys new AI based systems iii. Other matters 3. Other business; and 4.
