- PUBLIC HEARING - Cedar City Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, June 17th, 2025, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comments on the following items: 1. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 32-9-O pertaining to Warranty Inspections to be completed within 15 days of written request. 2. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 32-9 pertaining to Warranty Bonds. 3. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 32-5 Pertaining to Boundary Adjustments and Subdivision Amendments. 4. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 32-2 Pertaining to Subdivision Definitions. 5. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 32-7 Pertaining to Preliminary Plat Applications. 6. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 26-VIII-1 Pertaining to the makeup of members of Planning Commission. 7. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 26-VIII-2 Pertaining to Removing terms for a Council Member. All in Cedar City, Utah Posted June 6th, 2025
