- UTAH PRIVACY GOVERNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Utah Privacy Governing Board will hold a scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in room 220 of the Senate Building - Utah State Capitol, 350 State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84103, USA Public comments may be allowed after each discussion item. Location Senate Building Room 220 350 State St., Salt Lake City, Utah 84103 AGENDA Presiding Chair Marvin Dodge 1. Welcome and Opening Remarks 2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum Confirmation that a majority of the members are present. 3. Minutes approval August 29, 2024 Minutes December 17, 2025 Minutes 4. Adoption of resolution of rule governing the use of electronic meetings pursuant to Section 52-4-207. 5. Introduction of newly appointed commissioners to the Utah Privacy Commission 6. Utah's Privacy Success: Internet Identity Workshop and AAMVA Steve McCown and Timothy Ruff 7. Presentation and Discussion: Data privacy agenda items from Utah Privacy Commission David Sonnenreich, Chair, Utah Privacy Commission 8. Action Item: Make recommendations for changes to the data privacy agenda, and Motion and vote to either approve or reject the data privacy agenda items for the Utah Privacy Commission. 9. Privacy Ombudsperson Report Lana Taylor, Data Privacy Ombudsperson 10. Utahn Experience Using Ombudersonperson Process: Ronald Mortensen 11.
