- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the Development Review Committee for the Military Recreational Facility in Wasatch County Tuesday, May 20, 2025 @ 2:00 PM This is a Zoom meeting only. To hear or view the meeting and to provide comments to the board during the meeting, register in advance at: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_PjkdAIvbSqa-GS25AFl5Jg AGENDA 1. Welcome from Committee Chair, Nicole Cottle to public and board members: Doug Smith, Ray Whitchurch, Eric Hales, Dustin Grabau, Max Covey and Dallin Koecher. 2. Review and approval of the April 15, 2025 meeting minutes. 3. Consideration of Velvaere Gatehouse Site Plan. Staff report presented by Rob Donigan. 4. Consideration of MIDA Master Plat Amended 2025. Staff report presented by Rob Donigan. 5. Consideration of Marina West Parcels Subdivision Plats. Staff report presented by Rob Donigan. 6. Consideration of recommending an amendment to the MIDA MRF Standards and Guidelines relating to water feasibility and will serve letter requirements. Staff report and red line recommendations presented by Richard Catten. 7. Adjourn. The next meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
