- 2025 Notice of Tax Sale Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of May, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., via Public Surplus website at https://www.publicsurplus.com/sms/daggettco,ut/list/current?orgid=226042, I will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder, under the provisions of Section 59-2-1351 of the Utah Code, the following described real property located in the county and now delinquent and subject to tax sale. A bid for less than the total amount of taxes, tax notice charges, interest, penalty and administrative costs, which are a charge upon said real estate will not be accepted.
