2025 Notice of Tax Sale
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of May, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., via Public Surplus website at https://www.publicsurplus.com/sms/daggettco,ut/list/current?orgid=226042, I will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder, under the provisions of Section 59-2-1351 of the Utah Code, the following described real property located in the county and now delinquent and subject to tax sale.
A bid for less than the total amount of taxes, tax notice charges, interest, penalty and administrative costs, which are a charge upon said real estate will not be accepted.

The auction will be conducted via the Public Surplus internet website ONLY. If you have questions, contact the Daggett County Auditor's Office at the County Courthouse in Manila, Utah, at (435) 784-3210, for help.
The online auction will begin Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM MDT (12:00 PM EST) and close on the same day at times shown on each auction item
In order to bid, you must register and make your bid deposit at https://www.publicsurplus.com, no later than Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 4:00 PM MDT (6:00 PM EST).
