Welcome and roll call 1a. Approval of 2025 meeting calendar 1b. Committee member renewals and vacancies Thank you to Norm and Ron for four years of amazing service! We will miss you. Thank you to Melany and Tara for continuing their service. We currently have three openings. 2. Approval of previous meeting minutes. 2a. Approval of August 21, 2024 Meeting Minutes 3. Committee member reports. 3a. Education Team: Upcoming Holiday Recognitions- November- Native American Indian, Homelessness Awareness Month, Diwali, Thanksgiving December- International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Hanukkah, International Human Rights Day, Christmas, Kwanzaa Congrats to Silvia- Hispanic Heritage Award Follow up on ESLC- needs funding from the city or donors 3b. Business & Community Relations Team: Ideas on how to welcome new residents City calendar magnets and cards Community welcoming acts and events Attend Ribbon Cuttings- city and chamber events- welcoming sign Welcome to Draper signs 3c. Events Team Recap of IACF- positives and areas to improve for next year- comments from Chairperson Tree Lighting & Holiday Market 4.
