Approval of Ordinance 2024-15 Stating that the Development Review Committee (DRC) is a public body; Amending a VULU by revising section 20.10, the meeting procedures. 3. Approval of Ordinance 2024-16 Separating the duties of the Code Compliance Officer from that of the Zoning Administrator. 4. Approval of Ordinance 2024-17, Re-Zoning Parcel #V-2151-B From Rural Residential Zone To Highway Resort Zone 5. Approval of Ordinance 2024-18, Creating a Water Development Surcharge required by the Washington County Water Conservancy District. 6. Approval of Resolution R2024-W, Amending the Virgin Town Fee Schedule to include the Water Development Surcharge. 7. Approval of Ordinance 2024-19, Re-Zoning Parcel #V-53 and V-75 From Rural Residential Zone To Commercial and V-73 From Residential Zone to Commercial. DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. NON ACTION ITEMS / NO VOTE 1. Discussion of Ordinance 2024-XX, Amending Chapter 52, Sign Regulations CLOSE PUBLIC MEETING AND OPEN CLOSED MEETING: Pursuant to 52-4-205(a) to discuss character and professional competence of an individual.
