1. Presentation by Rod Mills on potential purchase of Vacuum Excavator Trailer for Public Works and also Chapter 22 re: building in the flood zone.
2. Approval of Ordinance 2024-15 Stating that the Development Review Committee (DRC) is a public body; Amending a VULU by revising section 20.10, the meeting procedures.
3. Approval of Ordinance 2024-16 Separating the duties of the Code Compliance Officer from that of the Zoning Administrator.
4. Approval of Ordinance 2024-17, Re-Zoning Parcel #V-2151-B From Rural Residential Zone To Highway Resort Zone
5. Approval of Ordinance 2024-18, Creating a Water Development Surcharge required by the Washington County Water Conservancy District.
