- MEETING NOTICE of the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District NOTICE is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Cemetery District Board of Trustees will meet at the anchor location of the Richins Building 1885 Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098 on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Call to order and rollcall. 2. Public comments on items not on the agenda. 3. Discussion and possible action on the draft minutes of the March 5th, 2025, meeting: Exhibit 1 4. Welcome guests, cemetery consultants, Stephanie and Will Slone. https://sloanestrategicservices.com/about Discussion items: 1. What should be included in a business plan and what questions should the plan address? 2. Can you give a case study of a project you're aware of or that you have recently worked on? 3. What is the expected price range and timeframe to create a cemetery business plan? 5. Discussion and possible action to approve draft promissory note with County Treasurer. Discussion leader: Attorney, Ryan Stack: Exhibit 2 6. Discussion and possible action for the following from the Finance and Public Outreach sub-committee: (a) draft of Procurement policies: Exhibit 3 (b) opening an account with the State's PTIF. (c) establishing a privacy policy for site and data retention (New law in effect in May). (d) deciding if we should hire a marketing consultant, and if yes, when, and the scope? (e) deciding when and the first amount we should withdraw from the line of credit. (f) status of website and back account. 7. Reports from other sub-committees: (a) Administration--Dan and Max: What additional guests should we invite? (b) Site Design and Development-Pete and Max: status of site design 8. Discussion and possible action for general insurance proposal from Utah Local Government Trust: Exhibit 4 9. Discussion on suggestions for next steps: (a) Finalize stie plan boundary configuration (b) Begin Conditional Use permit application process (c) Determine how to prepare business plan-use consultants or go it alone using experience and information gathered from other resources.
