- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Downtown East Streetcar Sewer Public Infrastructure District Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF DOWNTOWN EAST STREETCAR SEWER PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON JANUARY 20, 2023, SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 1:00 pm. A. Call to Order B. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on November 18, 2022. 2. Approve or ratify any payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting. C. Public Hearing 1. Take public comment on the tentative operating and capital budget adopted on November 18, 2022, which is proposed to be adopted, with amendments, as the Final Budget for calendar year 2023. D. Action Items 1. Consider approval of Resolution 2022-07, adopting a Final Budget for calendar year 2023, the previously adopted ad valorem tax rate remaining unchanged from the prior year. 2. Consider approval of Resolution 2022-06A: A resolution of the board of trustees of Downtown East Streetcar Sewer Public Infrastructure District to annex approximately 1.30 acres; authorizing the plat and other documents in connection therewith; authorizing the publication of notice of this resolution; and related matters. (Note: This is a potential re-approval of Resolution 2022-06, previously approved on November 18, 2022). E. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. None. F.
