- NOTICE AND AGENDA Grapevine Wash Local District Board of Trustees Special Meeting Notice Is Hereby Given that the Grapevine Wash Local District Board of Trustees will Hold a Meeting on March 3, 2025, Via Zoom Meeting (Link Below) At 4:30 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Consider Approval of the Draft Minutes from the Board Meeting held December 11, 2024 C. Public Hearing Regarding Name Change of the 'Grapevine Wash Local District' to 'Land Enhancement and Development Special District' D. Consideration of Resolution 2025-01 Approving the Name Change from 'Grapevine Wash Local District' to 'Land Enhancement and Development Special District' and Providing Notice to the Lieutenant Governor E. Consideration of Resolution 2025-02 Approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Washington County Supporting the Renewed Mojave Desert Tortoise Incidental Take Permit Issued to Washington County F. Consideration of Ordinance 2025-01 Imposing the Mojave Desert Tortoise Habitat Conservation Plan Service Fee of 0.2% of the Estimated Residential or Commercial Building Permit Construction Costs G. Consideration of Resolution 2025-03: Approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Ash Creek Special Service District Regarding Sewer Services within the Grapevine Wash Local District's Boundaries H.
