E. Consideration of Resolution 2025-02 Approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Washington County Supporting the Renewed Mojave Desert Tortoise Incidental Take Permit Issued to Washington County
F. Consideration of Ordinance 2025-01 Imposing the Mojave Desert Tortoise Habitat Conservation Plan Service Fee of 0.2% of the Estimated Residential or Commercial Building Permit Construction Costs
