Consent Calendar: a) Welcome b) Request for approval of minutes for meeting held on December 20, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. c) Request for the approval of check register dated December 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, including voided checks 0000134761, 0000134929, 0000135389, 0000135469 and in the amount of $1,556,050.52. d) Credit Card Purchases for November 2024. e) Request to approve the purchase orders: 1. PO#4874-Midwest Commercial Interiors for the Admin Conference Area Remodel in the amount of $38,429.02. 2. PO#4875-Midwest Commercial Interiors for the Amin Phase 2 Remodel in the amount of $36,364.13. 3. PO#4876-Midwest Commercial Interiors for the I.T. and Billing Remodel in the amount of $99,164.40. 4. PO#4877-Midwest Commercial Interiors for the Clinic Remodel in the amount of $55,911.42. 5. PO#4878-Hadfield Construction for the Billing and I.T Construction Remodel in the amount of $469,200.00. 6. PO#4879-Hadfield Construction for the Physical Health Clinic Construction Remodel in the amount of $586,800.00. 7. PO#4880- SHI for Power BI Sherpa Program in the amount of $11,011.60. 8.
