- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Wood Ranch Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WOOD RANCH PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 9:00 am. A. Call to Order B. Public Comments C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Meeting Minutes of August 4th, 2024. D. Action Items 1. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION 2024-07:A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE WOOD RANCH PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE FOR THE WOOD RANCH ASSESSMENT AREA # 1, IN ORDER TO REQUIRE CERTAIN PREPAYMENTS AND CORRECT SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS. 2. Consider for approval the Tentative 2024-2025 Budget prepared by CLA. . E. Other Items From Board Members F.
