Action Item: Time Change for September 11th Commission meeting: 4:00 - 5:30 pm 5. Discussion Item: Statutory Mandate for Report to Legislative Interim Committee A. Due October 1st B. Subcommittees must submit proposed inclusions by September 3rd C. Draft report will circulate by September 9th D. Discussion and vote at the September 11th Commission meeting 6. Presentations: Subcommittee Reports A. Government Privacy Standards and Best Practices - Christopher Koopman B. Government Privacy Education and Training - Jason Shelton C. Government Privacy and Civil Liberties - Josh Daniels D. Government Privacy and Cybersecurity Legislation - David Sonnenreich 7. Discussion Item: New Subcommittee: Government Privacy Impact Assessments 8. Presentation: Definition of 'Public Key' in HB 118, Utah Code ยง13-62-101 - Samuel Smith 9. Presentation: Report from the Chief Privacy Officer or designee. 10. Presentation: Report from the State Privacy Officer or designee. 11. Other business; and 12.
