- AMENDED PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Grapevine Wash Local District Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF GRAPEVINE WASH LOCAL DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JULY 22, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 2:00 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. Hold a Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance of Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024 (the 'Bonds') (to be issued in one or more series, under one or more indentures and with such other series or title designation(s) as may be determined by the Issuer) and hold a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance of the Bonds and (b) any potential economic impact that the Project described herein to be financed with the proceeds of the Bonds may have on the private sector. D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the draft minutes from the board meeting held June 25, 2024. E. Action Items 1. Consider approval of Resolution R24-2024. A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Grapevine Wash Basic Local District and Leeds Town Council approving an Interlocal Agreement and authorizing the District Chair to sign. 2. Consider authorizing the District Chair to (a) obtain a General Liability policy proposal from Utah Local Governments Trust; (b) accept any policy proposal for aggregate coverage of a minimum of $5 million with an annual premium around $3,600; and (c) to adjust the policy period as needed to coordinate with pending bond issuance. 3. Consider authorizing the District Chair to obtain public officials' bonds for the District Treasurer from Utah Local Governments Trust in the amounts of $250,000 for the District Treasurer and authorizing the payment of premiums for the same. F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Review results of board elections G. Other Items From Board Members 1. Discussion of any other items at the request of Board members. H.
