- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA ROAM Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1 Boards of Trustees Joint Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF ROAM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT SPECIAL MEETING ON JULY 19, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 1:30 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of the District No. 1 Board meeting held on April 19, 2024. 2. Approve the minutes of the District No. 2 Board meeting held on April 19, 2024. D. Action Items 1. Consider approval and acceptance of 2nd Quarterly Financial Statements as presented by CLA for PID 1. 2. Consider approval and acceptance of 2nd Quarterly Financial Statements as presented by CLA for PID 2. D. Discussion Items E. Other Items From Board Members F.
