NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF ROAM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT SPECIAL MEETING ON JULY 19, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
