PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Davis County Property Committee will hold a meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Room 306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.

The following parcels were struck to Davis County at the May 18, 2022 Tax Sale: 09-006-0063 and 09-006-0066.
The following parcel was struck to Davis County at the May 10, 2023 Tax Sale: 01-021-0073.
The following parcel was struck to Davis County at the May 15, 2024 Tax Sale: 09-006-0054.
The following parcels were struck to Davis County at the May 14, 2025 Tax Sale: 11-189-0531, 12-049-0148 and 12-049-0150.

1. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as part of the Hooper Draw and identified as Tax ID 01-022-0030 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property.
2. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 01-034-0084 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property.
3. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 01-021-0073 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property.

4. Review motion made on August 14, 2018 that declared this parcel of real property known as Tax ID 06-168-0020 as surplus and reconsider the manner of sale of this parcel of real property.
Minutes from August 14, 2018: This is property that is no longer need for a storm drain or flood control and Davis County Public Works has reviewed this property and have determined they have no interest or use for this property. A discussion was held on this property and the following motion was made: Barry Burton made a motion to declare this property as surplus and recommend to the County Commission a minimum price of $14,000.00, Adam Wright seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.

5. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as part of the West Point Drain and identified as Tax ID 12-037-0092 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property.
