- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE DAVIS COUNTY PROPERTY COMMITTEE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Davis County Property Committee will hold a meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Room 306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Meeting Agenda NOTICE: For those wishing to direct comments to the Committee regarding public comment can do so in-person, or email comments to tony@daviscountyutah.gov by 8:30 AM the day of the meeting. Informational Items: The following parcels were struck to Davis County at the May 18, 2022 Tax Sale: 09-006-0063 and 09-006-0066. The following parcel was struck to Davis County at the May 10, 2023 Tax Sale: 01-021-0073. The following parcel was struck to Davis County at the May 15, 2024 Tax Sale: 09-006-0054. The following parcels were struck to Davis County at the May 14, 2025 Tax Sale: 11-189-0531, 12-049-0148 and 12-049-0150. Business/Action Items: Property Located in and/or near Bountiful City 1. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as part of the Hooper Draw and identified as Tax ID 01-022-0030 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. 2. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 01-034-0084 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. 3. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 01-021-0073 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. Property Located in and/or near North Salt Lake City 4. Review motion made on August 14, 2018 that declared this parcel of real property known as Tax ID 06-168-0020 as surplus and reconsider the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. Minutes from August 14, 2018: This is property that is no longer need for a storm drain or flood control and Davis County Public Works has reviewed this property and have determined they have no interest or use for this property. A discussion was held on this property and the following motion was made: Barry Burton made a motion to declare this property as surplus and recommend to the County Commission a minimum price of $14,000.00, Adam Wright seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. Property Located in and/or near West Point City 5. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as part of the West Point Drain and identified as Tax ID 12-037-0092 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. Property Located in and/or near Clinton City 6. Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 14-308-0010 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. Miscellaneous Items: Discussion on: Davis County Code Title 2.42 Amendments. Consent Items: Consider approval of March 28, 2023 meeting minutes. Public Comments (Limited to 5 Minutes per Person) Closed Session Motion to adjourn to a closed session, if necessary, for reasons permitted under UCA 52-4-205.
