NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF GATEWAY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 30, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

A public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance of the Gateway Public Infrastructure District No. 1 Tax Increment Revenue Convertible Capital Appreciation Bonds, Series 2025 (the '2025 Bonds') (to be issued in one or more series, under one or more indentures and with such other series or title designation(s) as may be determined by the Issuer) and (b) the potential economic impact that the improvement, facility or property for which the 2025 Bonds to pay all or part of the cost will have on the private sector

Consider for adoption Resolution 2025-08 IN CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF GATEWAY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 (THE 'ISSUER'), AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE ISSUER'S TAX INCREMENT REVENUE CONVERTIBLE CAPITAL APPRECIATION BONDS, SERIES 2025; AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS
