Description/Agenda
Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will consider two land use applications at its meeting on May 7, 2025:
1. ZMA-25-002 - Zone Map and Land Use Map Amendment - 3526 E. Fort Union Blvd. (amend land use from Residential Office to Residential Medium Density / amend zoning from R-1-8 to R-2-8)
2. CUP-25-004 - Conditional Use Application (church) - 3425 E. Bengal Blvd.
