NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF COURTYARDS AT SHURTZ CANYON PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MARCH 10, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance of the District's Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2025A-1 and Subordinate Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2025B Bonds (the 'Bonds') and (b) the potential economic impact that the improvements to be financed with the proceeds of the Bonds will have on the private sector.
