1. Volunteer paperwork - Service Agreement, Liability Waiver, Ethics Pledge and Disclosure Statement, Code of Conduct, Emergency Action Plan and OPMA Training (online).

c. Risk Management (Security/Safety)
d. Volunteer Coordinator
e. Marketing Coordinator
f. Vendor Coordinator
3. 2025 Budget
4. Fair Schedule - We need to discuss and start making decisions on the schedule.
5. Entertainment - Review options for 2025.
6. Volunteers - We need recruit volunteers.
7. Sponsors - We need to start soliciting sponsors.
8. County Fair Board - We need to recruit more members. Three (3) open seats.
