2. Possible Action: Approval of meeting minutes from 12.5.2024
3. Action: Election of Planning Commission Chair and Vice-Chair
4. Possible Action: Amendment to the Planning Commission Bylaws and Rules of Order. Discussion and possible recommendation to City Council of Amended Planning Commission Bylaws and Rules of Order.
5. Discussion: Land Use and Management Code Amendment. Dark Sky 13.9.18 Discussion and possible recommendation to City Council of Amended Land Use and Management Code 13.9.18.

c. When it is your turn to comment, the moderator will unmute your microphone, the Board Chair or Planning Director will ask you to proceed. You will then be muted again after you are done speaking.
2. If there is time (not a public hearing), the chair may recognize relevant public comments or questions during other agenda discussion items or work matters.
3. Rules for public comments may be adjusted by the Chair for Public Hearings, including any other items that are posted on the agenda.
4. Time allowed for each public commenter will be established by the Planning Commission Chairperson prior to starting any Public Comment portion(s) of the meeting.
